Service Manager (Maintenance)

Safe Harbor Vineyard Haven is the only full service marine facility on the Island of Martha's Vineyard. Featuring 50 wet slips, 100+ valet racks, 35 moorings, marine Store, fuel dock and a fully certified service facility with dealerships in Mercury and Yamaha, our goal is to delivery an exceptional boating experience for all of our Members. We just completed a $3.5m property revitalization and re-organization we have one of the cleanest and environmentally sensitive facilities in the area.
We are seeking a driven and exceptional person to run the service operations for over 250 boats and 12-15 service staff. Experience with Yamaha or Mercury is a huge plus. Must be well organized and have an endless passion for boating and serving boaters.
The Service Manager is responsible for managing service department and service teammates. The Service Manager will manage requirements of the service department to successfully achieve objectives and ensure service work is performed in a timely & efficient manner. The Service Manager reports to the General Manager.
