Network Infrastructure Engineer (Information Technology)
• Design, configure, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
• Oversee systems administration tasks, including server deployment, maintenance, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead support initiatives, ensuring efficient resolution of end-user issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for network, system, and desktop operations.
• Serve as the technical lead on IT projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Perform regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures in accordance with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to infrastructure and processes.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex network, system, and desktop issues.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT infrastructure with business strategy and objectives.
