AMSU Screening Specialist I-Level (Finance)

TASK DESCRIPTION: This position is located in the KAF I-Level Maintenance Activity to provide CMS regarding the installation, operation, maintenance, modification and repair of KAF aircraft. TASK REQUIREMENTS: Screen incoming components/materials that are candidates for induction into the I-Level maintenance production work centers. Assist I-Level Maintenance Production Control in workload scheduling and the coordination of production to ensure efficient movement of components through the repair facility. Ensure proper packaging and preservation is accomplished on Ready-For-Issue (RFI)/Non-RFI (NRFI) materials processed through the screening unit. Maintain files and records required to support production, and coordinate with Technical Supply, as required. Support OJT and cross-training of KAF personnel. MINIMUM PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of four (4) years experience at the Intermediate or Depot level with a minimum of three (3) years in Production Control/Aeronautical Material Screening Unit. Ability to use maintenance data and status reports. Ability to utilize an Individual Component Repair List. Proficient in PC use. No security clearance is required.
