Major Responsibilities:
• Supervise the team at our Fort Lupton, CO site, including staffing and approvals.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Provide regular feedback and annual performance reviews for associates.
• Facilitate disciplinary action when needed.
• Ensure associates receive training for success.
• Confirm time records and attendance.
• Support quality standards and customer delivery schedules.
• Oversee modifications and revisions to work processes.
• Schedule job assignments and production, including overtime when needed.
• Interact with customers and suppliers to ensure operational success.
• Maintain safety, quality, and delivery records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support the facility's needs.
• Monitor and recommend repairs for Fort Lupton, CO location assets and equipment.
• Improve safety records through proactive measures.
• Plan and participate in continuous improvement activities at the Fort Lupton, CO site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through 5S programs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or:
• Four years industry-related experience, or
• One-year Altec Group Lead (or internal equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in general PC skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, prints, and schematics preferred.
