Therapeutic Behavior Support Manager (Personal Services)
Reporting to the Director, of Community Integration Services, the TBS Manager will be responsible to Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of the TBS (Therapeutic Behavioral Services) Program and ensure compliance of TBS with all state and federal requirements, and Humanim quality standards. The TBS Manager oversees all TBS activities for the Behavior Plan/Treatment Plan and is responsible for identifying gaps in or barriers to care, reviewing TBS and Behavior Plan data to increase communication and collaboration among Families, Providers, school health services (when applicable) and other program stakeholders. The Manager will also provide supervision and support to individuals receiving personal supports under the Community Pathways Waiver and Family Supports waiver.
This position is integral to the coordination of behavioral services, to include children in foster care and those who are at risk for a higher level of care without intervention. The TBS Manager will serve as a liaison among various stakeholders, to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive health services. The position requires collaboration with the clinical intervention team to identify barriers to community integration and inclusion, thereby enhancing the quality of care provided to the individuals served. The TBS Manager will also oversee TBS reporting requirements and conduct data analysis to develop strategic initiatives. Additionally, the TBS Manager will be responsible for developing performance improvement plans and overseeing clinical quality improvement activities to enhance services provided/Program quality.
