This 100% onsite, exempt position is based at our Clackamas location and offers an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 (DOE). Only local candidates will be considered.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled Epicor Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory control processes within the Epicor ERP System. The idea candidate will analyze data, improve accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency in inventory management. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system utilization, reporting, and process improvements to support business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure actual and forecast demand are reconciled, satisfied by inventory on hand and on order, and optimized for minimum shortages.
Monitor cycle count accuracy and physical inventory reconciliations.
Reduce excess and obsolete inventory while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
Track KPIs related to inventory accuracy, inventory turns, and cost savings.
Provide actionable insights to improve inventory management efficiency.
Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to streamline inventory workflows.
Develop and document inventory management policies and procedures.
Maintain and configure the Epicor ERP system for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Develop and implement best practices for inventory control using Epicor tools.
Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to align inventory strategies.
Train users on Epicor ERP functionalities and inventory-related best practices.
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3 + years of experience in inventory analysis and supply chain, preferably in support of an industrial manufacturing operation
Subject Matter Expert in Epicor Kinetic (Cloud-based) is required.
