Role Summary:
We are seeking a Business Finance Senior Advisor, a dynamic position ideal for a critical thinker and innovative problem solver eager to thrive in a start-up environment.
In this pivotal role, you will partner with Forsyth's CFO to harness the power of financial and sales analytics to drive business outcomes. Collaboration will be a key for success in your role as you work alongside Finance, Business Development, Client Services, and Product leadership to create status reports and communicate insights to inform the team about performance and strategy.
Additionally, you will take ownership of the CRM system for Forsyth's team, establishing yourself as the go-to expert for sales analytics and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create tools and resources to report on the financial health of the organization:
Bachelor's degree highly desired, Advanced degree or MBA preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare or PBM Financial Analysis, Business Analytics, Actuarial, Underwriting or related field. Ability to translate complex data into concise and succinct stories for various levels of management. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability -ability to source accurate data and use it to make strategic recommendations to drive the business forward Ability to work with a high level of independence or collaboratively with a team. Technical knowledge of relational database concepts, querying, data warehouses and decision support tools, including but not limited to: SQL, Excel and Tableau. Previous Salesforce experience is a plus Go getter, strong team player and inquisitive learner Adaptability to ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 108,500 - 180,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
