Following DPT protocols for front office responsibilities
Complete virtual patient check-in's/check-out's, collect all patient payments, scheduling, general questions.
Schedule management
Continuously checking patients' charts for data accuracy, authorization tracking, and visit max tracking.
Continuously communicating with clinic staff by using Microsoft teams and/or other programs while completing Welcome Ware tasks.
Responding to all emails and teams' messages promptly.
Completing weekly clinic audit report and reporting findings to clinic staff.
Monitoring patient collections, patient specific insurance requirements.
