Position Summary:
As a compliance analyst, you will support the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer to strengthen the foundations, governance, framework and processes for managing legal and regulatory compliance risk across the organization. This team has a strong focus on Ethics, Fraud Risk and TPRM.
You will assist in streamlining process and increasing relevant data gathering and analytics. You will engage collaboratively with the business and functions across the company in support of compliance programs and keeping compliance top of mind. You will help with continued development and enhancement of dashboards, monitoring reports and various other management presentation materials. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail oriented and eager to be exposed to and learn from a wide array of compliance work while working as part of a great team.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,300.00 - $110,900.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
