Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Assess and monitor residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Accurately maintain medical records and documentation
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Educate residents and families on health management and wellness
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to quality care
