What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and accelerate demand generation in alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who can oversee a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop innovative marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketing leader with a strong background in B2B marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy. They should have experience scaling marketing efforts in a high-growth environment and a track record of aligning marketing initiatives with sales and product teams to drive measurable business impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to optimize marketing initiatives and stay ahead of the competition.
• Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media) to drive qualified leads.
• Leverage analytics and marketing automation tools to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across key functions, including content, digital, demand generation, brand, and events.
• Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive a seamless customer journey.
• Oversee content marketing initiatives to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR TEAM:

• 10+ years of marketing experience at a SaaS company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading successful demand generation, digital marketing, client marketing, and brand strategy initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing trends, buyer journeys, and sales enablement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in a high-growth company or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
