Director of Support Services & Human Resources (Administrative)



This is a highly responsible professional, administrative position requiring a high degree of initiative, specialized expertise, and independent decision-making. The Director is responsible for the leadership, direction, and oversight of the Human Resources functions. Responsibilities include strategic human resource planning, policy development, employee benefits, on-boarding and training, employee relations, budgeting, and cultural development. Considerable effort is directed toward meeting applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
