This position is responsible for the coordination of scheduling community visits through established Connection Center processes and procedures. The Lead Senior Living Advisor identifies qualified leads through effective discovery and provides accurate education on Brookdale products and services. The Lead Senior Living Advisor also participates in special projects, and supports teams in mock-calls and trainings.Assists families who are looking for help with senior housing or other home-based assistance through, empathy, compassion and active listening.Uses critical thinking skills and effective, time sensitive navigation of Brookdale systems during live calls to identify the Brookdale communities or other resources that are the best fit for a familys needs.Persuades people to take action by visiting Brookdale communities and learning about the options available to them that will improve their quality of life. Assumptively closes visits to Brookdale communities for qualified leads.Performs special projects as assigned, including but not limited to, community lead banks, handling specific call types, and SMS reviews and updates.Schedules appointments for families to visit one or more Brookdale communities. Uses Brookdale systems and internal maps to identify multiple communities within a geographic area and schedules appointments to those communities.Updates databases with customer/prospective customer status and changes, ensuring the quality of data meets all compliance requirements. Completes notes with proper grammar, spelling and syntax for our sales partners at the community level. Reports issues to Quality Assurance. Department as they arise in order to optimize efficiency and accuracy of information.Assists training department with mock calls and role playing activities during the new hire training cycle. Serves as a point of escalation for Sr. Living Advisors in connection with difficult or intricate calls.Works closely with community sales and operations associates as an extension of their sales team.Actively participates with supervisors and other team members in interactive training and coaching processes and department-wide culture building activities. Accepts constructive criticism and feedback from supervisor in effort to meet goals and objectives. Executes skills learned in training and coaching.Effectively maintains proper remote work area that is free from distractions and properly equipped for executing essential functions.
