In this role, you will:
• Perform preventative, routine & troubleshooting maintenance in a high-speed manufacturing facility while ensuring a safe and multi-functional team environment.
• Read and effectively use electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, single line diagrams and circuit diagrams.
• Diagnosis and repair electrical power and control systems, D.C. and A.C. variable speed drives & servo drives.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Have a state or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
Must have a two (2) year Technical Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) concentrating in “Key Studies” such as Programmable Logic Control, Motor Controls, Distributed Control Systems, Variable Frequency Drives, and Process Control. Successful candidate must be able to show the related Curriculum studied that produced the Technical Degree, OR have successfully completed of a formal, Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program that concentrated in the Electrical & Instrumentation field with the same “Key Studies” listed above.
Competent in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, and circuit diagrams.
Effective Communicator (speaker and listener) in small groups and one-on-one.
Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and overtime.

Qualified Electrical Skills (NFPA 70E)
Digital & Analog Field Components
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
Process Control troubleshooting on:
Conveyors
Control Systems
Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems
Network Devices
Familiarity with communication protocols (Ethernet, Modbus Plus, Device net, Control net)
Other requirements:
Ability to work safely in a multi-functional team environment.
Ability to learn and use new Reliability skills and techniques.
Must be familiar with the troubleshooting process for electrical circuits and devices and capable of using techniques to analyze problems and resolve failures when they occur.
The ability to change direction or plans with little to no notice, to build effective relationships, and to make good use of available resources.
Able to constructively give “peer-to-peer” feedback to encourage and improve upon a continuous improvement culture.
Able to confront problems and handle conflict.
Able to problem solve and set priorities and generate new ideas and improved ways of working.
Participates in “Standard Work” and requirements meeting required deadlines and participation levels.

Starting Hourly Wage: $28.29USD
