The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth across multiple channels. This role requires a strong background in agency environments, market research, and multichannel marketing, with proven experience in B2B, B2G, and B2C sectors. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating data-informed campaigns tailored to diverse audiences, and capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments to deliver measurable results.
How will I contribute
Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies across B2B, B2G, and B2C sectors to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Work closely with key internal stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with overall business and revenue goals.Leverage agency experience to effectively manage multiple marketing campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.Collaborate with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with sales and product strategies.Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and new opportunities for growth.Perform competitive analysis to position the brand strategically within the market and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.Oversee the development of compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences across various channels.Work with creative teams to develop assets such as advertisements, digital content, presentations, and other marketing materials that reflect the brand's values and objectives.Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance in real-time, ensuring continuous improvement.Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, key metrics, and return on investment (ROI), presenting actionable insights to leadership.Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and on-brand execution within budgetary constraints.Lead cross-functional teams, including internal departments and agency partners, to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support both short-term and long-term business objectives.Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful campaign implementation and alignment with organizational goals.Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance marketing strategies and optimize campaigns, ensuring data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.Apply international marketing experience to develop and implement strategies that cater to diverse geographic markets, adapting campaigns to different cultural and regional needs.Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product offerings, customer needs, and market demands, driving successful go-to-market initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning and success of the program.
What I bring
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing agency or consultancy setting, Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or comparable quantitative field or equivalent related work experience.Class C Driving LicenseProven experience conducting and applying market research insights to strategy. Demonstrated success in managing marketing initiatives for B2B, B2G, and B2C audiences. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and marketing automation tools.Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and AI tools to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and align marketing efforts with business objectives. A deep understanding of diverse markets, including international experience, with the ability to adapt strategies for different regions. The ability to think strategically, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to product development processes to ensure marketing efforts align with market demands.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. Adaptability, ethical judgment, a passion for mental health advocacy, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset, is essential for fostering community engagement and maintaining a positive public image.Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Familiarity with government procurement or contract marketing preferred. Familiarity with mental health and behavioral health issues is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
