People Development Partner (Finance)



Job Description

IntelliSource is excited to partner with our client to hire a temporary full-time People Development Partner . As a people development partner, you will facilitate and coordinate the New Hire Orientation Experience and Leadership Development workshops.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate an engaging new hire orientation experience and Leader ship Development sessions.
  • Ensure new hires have clear directions and instructions and feel prepared when they join New Hire Orientation.
  • Monitor a nd respond to new hire tickets/inquiries.
  • Facilitate exceptional partnerships with recruiters, HR Partners, hiring managers, and other CEOs.
  • Accurately enter data into our new hire attendance tracking and record accurate timecard entries for employees.
  • Support various projects on an as-needed basis to meet business demands.
  • Coordinate training locations, schedules, and implementation plans, as well as track completion of workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related degree + min 1-3 years experience in human resources, training, general business OR 3+ years related work experience
  • Project/Program Management experience
  • Captivating facilitator/storyteller.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to independently manage an entire project life cycle with acute attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills. Punctual when replying to emails asking for action.
  • Can interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all organizational levels.
