Paralegal/Legal Secretary (Finance)
Job Description Summary:
The Paralegal/Legal Secretary will assist generally in the management of the legal / corporate affairs of the Company. Significant areas of focus will include assisting with the Company's registrations with various governmental authorities, including the Secretary of State, entity management, contractor's licensing processes, bonding, and service of process items, as well as administrative tasks related to management of internal and outside counsel. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our legal team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Hybrid position (3 days in office) based in San Diego, CA.
