Seasonal Picker/Packer - 1st Shift (Finance)

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order requests.
- Prepare items for shipment by ensuring they are packed securely and labeled correctly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain productivity standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in receiving and putting away incoming shipments as needed.
- Communicate with supervisors to report any discrepancies or issues with orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment required.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, reach, and carry up to 50lbs, during an 8 to 10-hour shift.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime which could include Saturdays.
- Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking and counting.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology.
Pay, Shift, & Location
- Pay - $17.50/hr
- Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with mandatory overtime as required.
- Location - 5550 W. 74 th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268
- This is a seasonal position beginning as early as April and lasting through the duration of our peak season, with no guarantee of a permanent role offer.
