Summary:
The General Manager, Large Markets is responsible for the overall health of the branch operating unit to encompass Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. The General Manager should create a positive work environment, encouraging a culture of customer service and employee morale. Through solid leadership of people and delivery of excellent customer service the General Manager is accountable for delivering on the financial objectives of the organization.
