Lead Sales Associate - CuraScript SD - Hybrid (Lake Mary, FL) (Finance)
The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring CSD's Clients, Partners and ultimately all involved patients receive superior service. As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Account, Lead Associate focuses on overall satisfaction, retention and growth of the identified Therapeutic Segment book of business, as well as ensuring contract compliance. As a Lead Associate, you will be accountable for core service delivery for CuraScript (CSD) clients working cross-functionally with all sales areas including; Sales Account Management, Contract Administration, Credit and Collections, Procurement and Finance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The scope of responsibility is moderate. The position requires independent thinking and problem solving skills and requires the ability to interact with various internal and external business partners. The ability to understand the issue, identify the root cause, engage the correct business partners, and develop the resolution plan and to track and communicate clearly is critical to be successful in this position. The position will require analytical skill s to review data, recognize trends and make recommendations for solutions
This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person 3 days a week in the Lake Mary, FL office.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
