As our Billing & Pricing Systems Specialist, you will:

• Manage and enhance our billing and pricing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Develop and maintain Excel-based billing templates, including troubleshooting and implementing enhancements
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align system capabilities with business goals
• Serve as the subject matter expert for billing and pricing systems, ensuring smooth functionality
• Analyze and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements
• Support system reporting needs, ensuring financial data is accurate and compliant
• Train and support internal users to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness

What We're Looking For:

• Technical Proficiency - Advanced Excel skills (including VB & EML) and experience with financial systems
• Experience - 3+ years in billing, pricing, or financial systems administration
• Analytical Mindset - Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• System Expertise - Experience working with ERP, CRM, or pricing/billing platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa
• Collaboration & Communication - Ability to work across departments and clearly communicate complex ideas
• Adaptability - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
