HR/Plant Admin Assistant (Marketing)
Provide support for the plant in daily administrative duties as well as Human Resources in the areas of recruitment and staffing, personnel records, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and training.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES
Work with all plant personnel, Corporate HR personnel, other locations, and some vendors. Communication with team members is essential.
DECISION MAKING
Requires ability to resolve routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
OTHER
Typically reports to Location HR Generalist or Location Senior HR Generalist or Location HR Manager. PAY RATE: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
