Sr Manager Marketing Operations (Marketing)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the marketing operations team that manage technologies that support the marketing department, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Manage the administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective support for the marketing department.
Oversee the administration and management of marketing technologies (software and applications), ensuring they are effectively utilized to support marketing creative work to include: content storage (DAM), MAC computers and MAC support, workflow and proofing application (Workfront), presentation library, and others as need. Negotiate pricing, project prioritization, and enhancements with internal IT department and outside vendors.
Act as the product owner for marketing technologies, planning, understanding, and implementing advancements to improve marketing functions and develop and implement processes and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department.
Account manage client relationships for multiple product divisions to plan for division marketing campaigns and upcoming projects. Project manage a portfolio of creative projects (print, digital, packaging concepts and packaging production) and identify appropriate creative resource allocation and utilization on packaging plus team and assignment of projects to Shanghai marketing ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the marketing operations team remains innovative and competitive.
Strategic, tactical and operational planning (12 + months) for the marketing operations team. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Management responsibilities:

--Budget responsibility
--Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects; develop, recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies
--Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning
--Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$115,440.00 - $173,160.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
