Sous Chef (Food Services)
Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, menu planning and food production.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Assist with supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor inventory levels

Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or senior living facility.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques, kitchen management practices and catering concepts.
Strong knife skills and understanding various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
Accuracy and patience in handling conflicts and providing solutions as they arise.
This is a full-time position, must be able to work Sunday thru Thursday from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.
