Server Assistant, Trabucco (Part-Time) - Hilton Orlando (Finance)

The Hilton Orlando is searching for a Part-Time Server Assistant to join their team at the Trabucco Restaurant. O ur hotel is set over 26 acres and is near the major theme parks and International Drive. As a partner of SeaWorld® Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort, we offer exclusive perks including complimentary transportation. Our Trabucco outlet offers an elegant dining experience, serving coastal Italian cuisine.

Our ideal candidate would have some customer service experience, be willing to learn, have the availability/flexibility for the scheduling, and previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred.

Shift Pattern: Candidates must have availability to work the PM shift from 5:00PM to 10:00PM Tuesday - Saturday.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food Runner/Busperson, you would be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet and for setting and clearing dining tables throughout evening meal service in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, cleaning and cleaning tables, folding napkins, and placing tableware
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, guest service delivery, serving food & beverages etc.
• Transport food items to and from the kitchen
• Deliver food items to dining guests quickly and accurately
• Assist servers with the delivery of foodto dining guests and with clearing tables
• Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards
• Check, maintain and control inventory of food items
• Restock outlet(s) with inventory and break down the buffet to clean, replace and set for next day
• Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area
• Put away food stock and dry goods according to established standards
