Salary Range: $150,000 +

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Oversee all aspects of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and compassion among nursing staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in geriatric nursing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
