In this high-impact position, you will be both a trusted strategic partner to our leadership teams and a hands-on driver of HR excellence across the campus. Youll champion people strategies, foster an engaging culture, and lead initiatives that support our most valuable assetour people.
What Youll Do
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals. Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture, performance, and change management. Collaborate with internal HR teams to implement scalable, consistent programs. Bring the employee voice into leadership decisions to build a high-performing, people-first culture.
Generalist & Operational HR Responsibilities:
Drive recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions and lead onboarding experiences that inspire. Champion positive employee relations initiatives and foster an inclusive, dynamic workplace. Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and training records in line with compliance standards. Support performance management, career development, and compensation processes. Administer programs, develop job descriptions, and lead benchmarking initiatives. Provide outstanding support for employee inquiries and day-to-day HR operations.
Leadership & Oversight:
Partner with leaders to manage performance, guide development, and deliver feedback with empathy and clarity. Serve as a mentor and resource for HR best practices while contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.
