Distribution Assistant (Manufacturing)

Duties & Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain operational data such as Manufacturing Order Numbers, Part Numbers, and Ballistic Lot Numbers.
Manage Orders in excel to be staged and moved
Maintain all freight shipments by order with scanning in the server
Enter and maintain all QC sheets in excel
Assist in the inspection and cleaning of finished goods for shipment.
Maintain up to date training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Order fulfillment, assisting with preparation of orders, including picking, packing and labeling to support production flow
Helping and assisting in inventory management
Verify and maintain maintenance sheets for Forklift/Reach in ISO
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow procedures
Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Intermediate computer skills (Software & database entry)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work with little or no supervision and work within a group setting
