Community Liaison-Homeless Population (Full-time Hybrid, Morrisville, North Carolina Based) (Personal Services)
The Community Liaison-Homeless Population builds and supports relationships that assist persons living in homelessness to access needed services and resources. Working in collaboration with partner organizations this position will help facilitate linkage and system navigation to healthcare services. This position will also help build a system of care between healthcare, housing and homeless service systems by addressing system and service gaps. Position will assist with program development, consultation, resource management, and coordination of other services and agencies to best meet the needs of the persons served.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a primarily remote schedule. A minimum of three days a week working onsite is required and some evenings and weekends may be required depending on community engagement events.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field from an accredited college/university and three (3) years of experience working with homeless populations and individuals facing complex challenges or three (3) years of progressive experience in the field of Health Care or Human Services.
Previous Wake County Homeless system experience.
Permanent resident in Wake County or surrounding counties.

Salary Range
$25 - $33.65/Hourly
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
