Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Schedule: This is a part time position working Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Location: Santa Rosa Post Acute, Santa Rosa, CA

Job Description: Are you a friendly and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working with senior citizens? Santa Rosa Post Acute is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our facility. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for our residents and their visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services for residents.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the facility and its services.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for residents and visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with senior citizens.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
- Positive attitude, patience, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
