Experienced Litigation Paralegal (Legal)

Davis Law Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced paralegal to help manage serious injury cases from start to finish.

Duties include: Active case management of files; Communication with Clients, Insurance Adjusters, Opposing Counsel, Medical Experts, and Treatment Providers; and Drafting Letters, Pleadings, e.g., Summons and Complaint, Discovery, Pre-hearing Statements, Motions, and Responses to Discovery Requests.

Strong team player.Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of job-duties.Attention to detail.Strong work ethic.Highly organized.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.3 or more years of experience in a similar role.
Must have experience using Microsoft computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Experience using FileVine Case Management is a plus.
