Oversees entire revenue cycle process, including billing, payment posting, claims resolution, and A/R reporting for all Chimes organizations.
Creates policies and procedures to enhance and streamline billing, payment posting, and claims resolution, ensuring timely and accurate billing and follow up and reduction in outstanding receivables.
Manages payment application process, ensuring rapid payment posting to allow accurate and current A/R reporting, including managing Chimes Holcomb outsourced revenue cycle contract.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on billing, receivables, and risk
Performs and manages analysis of monthly revenue trends for accuracy and procedural improvement opportunities
Ensures compliance of billing system data against contractual funder agreements and federal and state agencies
Collaborates with program leaders to improve front-end billing processes and increase collections
Works with divisional leaders to improve collaboration between divisional revenue cycle, financial analysis, and programmatic teams to increase collections, optimize processes, and enhance shared understanding of risks and receivables
Provides leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creates and promotes a positive and supportive work environment
Represents the agency externally to current and potential payor and contractual sources
Works collaboratively with each operating unit to resolve operations issues at the program level that are impacting financial performance.
Works collaboratively with the compliance to ensure compliance in all facets of the revenue cycle
Works collaboratively with the organizations FP&A leadership to resolve issues impacting financial performance
Works collaboratively with the chief information officer to resolve issues with the billing system(s) that are impacting aspects of the revenue cycle
Works collaboratively with the chief financial officer to resolve issues impacting the overall financial condition of the agency

QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.EXPERIENCE
7 years of hands-on professional experience in accounting, finance, or related field required
At least one year of leadership experience in an accounting & finance environment required
Demonstrated experience with Revenue Cycle management is highly desired
