We invite applications for the position of Infection Prevention & Staff Development within our dynamic Post Acute Care environment. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our organization's commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and effective care to our patients and their families. As an Infection Prevention & Staff Development specialist, you will take a proactive stance in assessing and minimizing infection risks while empowering our staff through training and professional development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to devise, implement, and monitor infection control protocols in accordance with the latest guidelines and evidence-based practices. Additionally, this role encompasses designing and conducting educational programs, workshops, and simulations that promote best practices in infection prevention among staff members, ensuring they are well-equipped to make informed decisions in patient care.
