Welder Day Shift (Finance)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
- Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
- Start up and shut down machines properly.
- Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standards of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.
- Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine/rack -related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are
- required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
- Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
- Ability to pass MIG welding test.
- Knowledge of lockout tag out procedures
