Lead and coach the analytics team within Kroger Personal Finance (KPF). Collaborate with business line owners within the department as well as across different workstreams to develop tools to quickly identify areas of opportunities. Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to business line teams and executive leadership. 2+ years of experience with database querying languages (SQL) and SAP Business Objects
2+ years of experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes
4+ years of experience in data analysis and/or reporting
Experience with programming languages such as R or Python
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of data wrangling and ability to make recommendations on solutions
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
DESIRED
Bachelor's Degree in business, business analytics, or related field
Previous leadership experience
Previous retail/supply chain experience
Experience with Power BI
Develop strategic and innovative analytics/insights that illustrate, measure, and explore current/future practices
Lead insights through data visualization and communication through technical/non-technical versions
Partner with stakeholders to support project initiatives and develop analytics vision
Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders
Lead collection/delivery of insights in response to requests from leaders; produce innovative recommendations that align to strategic priorities to maintain competitive advantage based on industry insights
Create and leverage algorithms to drive recommendations to leaders for key initiatives
Oversee the data/report requests and prioritization process
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
Travel up to 20% to divisions and General Office to support business needs/initiatives
