Role
The Supervisor, Permitting is responsible for overseeing all aspects of utility and permitting production activities within the region and leading a team of Specialists, and Coordinators. These teams will execute on utility and permitting production deliverables, such as commercial electric service delivery, pole attachment permits, right-of-way conduit access, and jurisdiction permits for wireless and fiber optic installations.
The position carries a high level of responsibility and must adhere to established schedules to facilitate timely delivery of the customer order. The Supervisor assists with utility and jurisdictional agreement negotiations and skillfully addresses mid-level escalations to minimize project impacts and protect Crown Castle's regulated rights.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
