Accounting Intern (Finance)
Support the month-end financial closing process through learning and reviewing entries
Assist in documenting and reviewing processes and procedures
Provide support in coding and reviewing AP transactions
Assist in Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review and approvals
Assist in general ledger account clean up in receivables and payables
Learn and work in a CRM system and accounting software.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree program in accounting or business administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong personal computer skills and experience with standard business software, especially excel and other Microsoft applications
Ability to exercise sensitivity in dealing with individuals of diverse socio-economic backgrounds, cognitive and physical abilities as well as individuals of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
