SUMMARY
The Talent Development (TD) Coordinator will work with the Talent Development Team to implement the workforce development strategy across the City organization. This small-but-mighty team creates, manages, implements, and tracks learning and workforce development initiatives across the City organization. This includes routine managerial training, the City's onboarding process for new hires, and trainings based on emerging organizational needs. The new hire can expect to be on-site up to one 8-hour day per week but typically, will work remotely 50-75% of the time. This position will be expected to work approximately 20, up to 25 hours, per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and compile relevant learner content (articles, websites, online learning, videos) related to the City's Leadership Expectations/Competency framework Provide logistical support for on-site trainings (setup, compile course evaluations and support creation of learning impact reports) Aid in SharePoint site administration to keep website content up-to-date Aid in system administration of the Learning Management System (or LMS) to support learner registration and content management Creation of marketing materials for suggested online learning and upcoming trainings Support the onboarding of new employees across the City Other duties as assigned
