Graduate Medical Education (GME) Summer Intern (Finance)

Reporting to the Director of Medical Education, the Graduate Medical Education Summer Intern will support the administrative functions of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program, primarily supporting the accreditation process for the Family Medicine Residency Program (FMRP) as it seeks approval from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). You will gain hands-on program management experience by coordinating the application process, reviewing and analyzing ACGME requirements and guidelines, drafting key documents and supporting materials, scheduling and facilitating program meetings, and providing overall support to the GME department throughout the accreditation process. This position offers hands-on experience in Graduate Medical Education within an integrated healthcare system, allowing the intern to work closely with experienced physician and staff leadership.
