Human Capital Program Manager (Finance)

Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief of Staff/Director of Human Capital, provides project and program management support for Human Capital (HC) initiatives such as onboarding, human capital workflow management, compliance management and career development programs.
Education & Experience
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with complex responsibilities such as leading and building programs; analysis of multi-state requirements and workflow design
• Working knowledge of Human Resource federal and state laws and regulations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful HC programs and initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making
• Intermediate to advance skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-function teams
Preferred:
• Human resources certification
• Intermediate to advance skills in MS Project and Visio
• Veteran or military spouse or military affiliated
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of HC programs and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Partner with key stakeholders to assess HC program needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manages research, development, implementation and tracking of Human Capital projects to include, but not limited to, onboarding, compliance management, Human Capital workflow management, recognition career path development; and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HC programs with other business functions.
• Create project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of HC programs.
• Provides reporting, conducts data analysis and creates presentation decks to demonstrate business results from project and program deployments.
• Conducts research, prepares recommendations, and develops cost/benefit analyses with minimal direction or supervision.
• Creates uniformity in standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Working Conditions
Working Conditions:
• Availability to work non-regular hours as required
• Works in a standard office environment, with minimal travel
• Extensive computer work with prolonged sitting
