Who Are We Looking For?
As Senior HR Business Partner for State Street Global Delivery (GD), you will lead a global team of experienced HR professionals across various disciplines responsible for the strategic development and execution of talent related priorities aligned with key business priorities. This includes a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in alignment with strategic business objectives, delivering a world-class HR experience to our employees, and shaping our culture. You will operate as a key advisor to the Head of Global Delivery and her direct reports team to deliver on the human capital objectives of State Street's largest business unit. This role has responsibility and oversight for our GHR-CC teams in our North America, European, APAC, regions. In this role, you will participate as a member of State Street's Global Human Resources & Corporate Citizenship (GHR-CC) leadership team.
