Field Service Specialist (Administrative)
Perform on-site services work at the customer including installation, maintenance, customer assistance and repairs. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
*This position will be based in Charleston, South Carolina.*

Troubleshoots issues dealing with various aspects of Boeing EnCore products including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, decorative and engineering/drawing. Rework all items determined unacceptable by airline customers or aircraft manufacturers as appropriate. Act as liaison and investigate problems after product delivery to customers or AC manufacturers. Works with Quality Assurance to provide feedback for issues discovered at receipt inspection and during product installation. Assists manufacturer as necessary during installation into aircraft. Logs customer concerns and feedback and communicates to appropriate counterparts in manufacturing, quality, program management and engineering. Follow all customer guidelines while onsite at the customer. Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
A High School Diploma is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of direct or related experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
