The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a member of the ERP Business Leadership team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Work as a member of the ERP Business Leadership team to ensure business continuity and a seamless Day 1 experience for customers.
• Lead day-to-day execution of ERP commercial workplan, coordinating across cross-functional and area business teams
• Support and execute local ERP planning and execution with country business leaders within your area
• Facilitate decision-making with key business stakeholders, including division and TMO leadership on commercial separation activities (contracts, etc.)
• Guide divisional planning and simplification of Market-to-Order (MTO) prior to global ERP deployments. Ensure successful execution.
• Engage with the assigned division subject matter experts on the business strategy, go-to-market model, and ERP workflows
Your skills and expertise to set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of combined experience in sales or marketing within one of 3 Solventum divisions, either at the global or area level in a private, public, government environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• MBA degree from an accredited institution
• Deep expertise in go-to-market models, commercial activities (e.g., pricing, etc.), and varying commercial functions (e.g., inside sales, Global Channel Services, etc.)
• Ability to synthesize structured and unstructured data into insights and executive level narratives
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with the ability to balance quality of deliverable and tight timelines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively; influencing cross-functional teams towards a common goal
• Comfortable in stakeholder management with the ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners
• Experience in ERP deployments a strong plus
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international
Location: Within assigned area

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
