Business Intel Analyst (Finance)
We are seeking a motivated professional with expertise in analytics and business software who can make a meaningful impact and pursue continued career growth with Genesis Products. Key responsibilities include the development of metrics reporting and automated dashboards, organizing source data within a SQL database to support standard reporting and analytics, and data analysis to drive business insights.
Responsibilities:

Develop strong working knowledge of database, analytics, and data visualization software (ex. SQL, MS Power BI, Python, MS Power Apps).

Collaborate with business partners and finance team to understand current reporting needs, identify the best approach to develop for each, and execute to create reports

Develop new reporting and analytics dashboards.

Provide training as necessary on utilization of dashboards and reporting.

Maintain standard work processes for individual work and proactively address tasks to move projects forward.

Continuously improve technical proficiency and expand both analytics and software capabilities.

Work and communicate effectively with individuals across organizational departments.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related field

2 or more years' experience in related field of work

Excellent analytical thinking ability and interpersonal communication skills

Willingness and ability to work with limited supervision in independent and team environments

Must be capable of handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently
