What will you do?
Independent Planner: Plan, schedule, and organize tasks, review scope documents, develop WBS, drive baseline development, and establish progress measurement systems.
Subcontractor & Supplier Liaison: Coordinate schedules with subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries.
Team Collaborator: Work with the project team to prioritize schedules and maintain alignment.
Meeting Contributor: Attend and chair progress update meetings, providing schedule variation reports and technical guidance.
Master Scheduler: Create detailed, resource-loaded master schedules and project timelines aligned with key milestones.
Performance Analyst: Create control reports, analyze time and budget variations, critical paths, delays, and support cashflow updates. Prepare S-curves, pie charts, histograms, and evaluate site progress. Understand EVMS, CPI/SPI, buffer, and float calculations.
Compliance Checker: Monitor work for adherence to contractual and schedule requirements, prepare progress reports.
Change Order Champion: Manage schedule adjustments for change order.
Who you are?
Experienced Scheduler: At least 5 years of experience on medium to large scale EPC Projects.
Industry Expertise: Proven experience working within an engineering or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment is preferred.
Detail-Oriented Professional: A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of planning techniques.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members at all levels.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management software, including Primavera P6 and MS Project, Microsoft office suit
Adaptable and Motivated: Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, responding quickly and effectively to unexpected high workloads and project changes.
What do you need?
An associate degree or at least two years of post-high school
