Supervisor-Community Liaison-Homeless Population (Full time Hybrid, Morrisville, North Carolina Based) (Personal Services)
The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision and program oversight of the Community Liaison Team-Homeless Population within Wake County. The position will assist Community Liaisons to build relationships that can support our members and Wake County's strategic health efforts working with persons living in homelessness. Position acts as the primary contact for other community systems who work in partnership to support the identified individuals. Position will lead efforts to build a system of care between healthcare, housing and homeless service systems by addressing system and service gaps. Position will assist with program development, consultation, resource management, and coordination of other services and agencies to best meet the needs of the persons served.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a primarily remote schedule. A minimum of three days a week working onsite is required and some evenings and weekends may be required depending on community engagement events. The selected candidate must reside in Wake County.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Service-related field and four (4) years of experience in a community or governmental program in a health-related field, social work, or education. One (1) year of supervisory, consultative or administrative experience.
Or
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Service-related field and two (2) years of experience in a community or governmental program in a health-related field, social work, or education, including one (1) year of supervisory, consultative or administrative experience required.
Extensive experience with unhoused population and systems within Wake County.
Full-time residence must be within Wake County.

Salary Range
$66,240 - $90,000/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
