Global Head of Sustainability Compliance (Environmental, Social, and Governance ESG) m/f/d, Managing Director (Finance)
Corporate Compliance is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable ESG Compliance Officer to oversee and ensure firmwide compliance with Sustainability (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations globally, including responsibility for testing and reporting of applicable laws, rules, regulatory guidance, and internal policy requirements. Global Head of ESG Compliance, Managing Director will work with a global team, cross functionally, to monitor and keep pace with regulatory obligations, develop frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory obligations and the firm's sustainability strategy as well as provide oversight of the first line of defense ESG related activities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with expertise in global ESG regulations especially within financial services, has exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex international regulatory landscapes while driving compliance excellence.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. The role can be performed in Boston, MA US; London, UK; Munich and Frankfurt Germany.
The role reports to: Chief Compliance Officer at State Street.

Salary Range:
$170 000 - $267 500 Annual
