As part of the Corporate Controllers Department and the CFO Organization of PFI, the Financial Services (FSO) organization is responsible for the controllership activities in support of the U.S. business units including international activities performed domestically.
The Financial Services Organization's Accounting & Analysis (FSO A&A) team supports monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP and Statutory close processes, including journal processing, reconciliations, and analysis of balance sheet and income statement drivers. The role will support the PGIM businesses. PGIM is the investment management division of Prudential Financial Inc.
This individual will have management responsibilities to ensure that all the team's deliverables are completed. Individuals at this level should have some understanding of the firm's different businesses and related economics as well as some industry experience and/or subject area expertise in one or more specific skill sets, business areas, or products.
