- Seeking candidate that is an upper class man or graduate student currently enrolled in college
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required. Adobe Creative Suite or Power BI experience would be a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of Human Resources, Talent Management & Development
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills,
- High level of self-motivation and good time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Management & Development while supporting various programs and initiatives that impact the organization's talent strategy
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Supporting Talent Management programs and initiatives to ensure effective implementation where needed
- Assisting with activities related to the talent review and performance management processes, including data tracking and reporting.
- Monitoring and tracking engagement survey action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring training data is accurately uploaded and maintained in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Helping to ensure the Talent Management SharePoint page is updated and accessible.
- Help tracking of progress for the various deliverables within GM Excellence Program and other High Potentials Programs.
- Other Day-to-day department responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and/or department head
