Position Purpose
The Volunteer Services Manager – Retention and Training exemplifies our commitment to providing consistent, meaningful volunteer experience through our volunteer engagement and hospitality principles, ensuring that we prepare, empower, and appreciate each volunteer who serves with Habitat Charlotte Region. The Volunteer Services Manager – Retention and Training focuses on the strategy and execution of day-to-day volunteer management tasks associated with the retention, satisfaction, and recognition of volunteers. This includes developing new volunteer opportunities, implementing volunteer feedback and recognition systems, and supervising special events and youth programming.
